What is Co-Employment?

Through a unique co-employment relationship, EMS offers clients access to a full menu of employee benefits (including major medical, dental, vision, disability, life and 401(k) retirement plans) and workers' compensation insurance. Due to the size of our insurance plans and our expertise for managing them, EMS clients are protected from sudden and drastic insurance increases. In most cases, EMS clients and their employees are able to save significantly on these benefits.

All of our services are provided and supported through our state-of-the-art Human Resources and Payroll System. Clients can access management reports and employee information through our Web-enabled system at any time from any place. Employees can view and edit their employment information, update tax withholdings and view their benefits.
