Company Overview
Employee Management Services (EMS) is an Ohio-based Professional Employer Organization (PEO) established in 1994. We implement strategic and tactical employee management solutions for small to mid-size companies, which saves employers time and money, attracts and retain employees and reduces employer liability.
Currently, we provide human resource solutions to over 150 client companies with 4,600+ worksite employees in Ohio, Kentucky, and Indiana. Due to our financial strength and resources, EMS is one of the few PEOs in the state of Ohio to have a self-insured workers' compensation program. Our commitment to service and quality is demonstrated through our affiliation with the National Association of Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO).
