Company Overview
Employee Management Services (EMS) is an Ohio-based
human resource company providing strategies for small and
mid-sized businesses. We implement strategic and tactical
employee management solutions that save time and money, attract
and retain employees, and reduce employer liability.
 EMS was established in 1994 as a division of CBS Personnel
Services, held by a publicly traded company. We are a part of a full
service staffing firm, one of the largest in the U.S. EMS currently
provides services to over 200 clients and 4,600 client employees.
Due to the financial stability of our company, EMS is the only
co-employer organization in the state of Ohio to have a self-insured
workers’ compensation program. Our commitment to service and
quality is demonstrated through our National Association of
Professional Employer Organization (NAPEO) membership.
